Working on a Federally Funded or U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)-Funded Project?

Many infrastructure projects funded through the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA), HUD, or EPA’s State Revolving Fund Programs now require BABA compliance certification. To meet this need, upon request we can provide an official letter certifying that the requested products or materials are compliant with BABA requirements. This is done on a project-by-project basis. We require basic information about the product(s) or material(s) being used so we can accurately certify your project.
